This is My Life

There could be no better metaphor for my life right now.

I can see it.
Its right there.
Important points are in focus that is a positive.
Everything else is a jumbled fucked up mess.

Where am I going?
What do I want to do?
How do I incorporate my daughter into all of this but still be able to remain whole?

This should be a problem of a kid coming out of college. Not of a 35 year old man starting over in life. It used to be you could pursue things and time was on your side. Not like where you are going? Oh well your 25. Start over. Dont like those decisions? Oh well your 30. Want to be a cardiothoracic surgeon now? Guess what better be sure because you will be 40 before your done and your daughter will be in college and you just blinked.

Be happy that you can still look at the big picture and some of the sticks are in focus.

Blue is my favorite color...thats a plus.
